Eco-conscious Policy

Our mission is to provide a sustainable product range, and plastic free packaging.

Our range of sunglasses is made from durable natural materials including high quality acetate resins, titanium, carbon fibre and natural woods. Our eyewear is plastic free and we use biodegradable and recycled packaging. 

No chemical adhesives are used during the production of our eyewear, the high-quality fixtures provide durability and we use natural resins for adhesive. Every product is sold with a complimentary micro screw driver, so you can tighten screws as needed. As we do not use harsh chemicals, screws can loosen, if this occurs a small tightening of screws will fix this. 

If you would like a touch up of your wood, we offer complimentary frame refresh. Simply send your sunglasses to us and we will apply a coating of natural wood gloss for you.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee 

We guarantee you will love your sunglasses. Simply return your item to us within 14 days for a free exchange or refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your Billy Bostons. 

Products purchased on sale, or, using a discount, or gift voucher, are non refundable. We will happily provide an exchange under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 14 days of receipt.

If you’re not happy with the fit, or style & wish to exchange for another product simply notify us via our customer service portal and return your items with tags intact and in original condition within our 7 day notification period for a exchange on your product.

To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must return your items within the specified period and submit your request within 7 days of receiving the item. For the purposes of our T&Cs the date you notify us by email, is the date of notification.

To return a product under the guarantee, please contact us via the Customer Contact form  and quote your order number. Our return address is noted on your delivery slip and confirmation emails and will be provided on receipt of your request. 


Lifetime Product Warranty

All products are covered by our lifetime product warranty.

Manufacturers Warranty

The Lifetime Manufactures Warranty is valid from the date you purchase your products for a period of 5 years. You are entitled to a free repair or replacement if your eyewear becomes faulty or breaks due to a manufacturers default at anytime within 5 years from the purchase of your product.

Product Warranty

Our product warranty allows you to a repair or exchange at anytime within 2 years, for any product repairs.

If you break your Billy Boston Eyewear, for any reason. Such as you drop them, or sit on them and can't get them back into shape, we will repair or replace them with an item to the same value. 

One replacement is available for every warranty purchase during the warranty period. Customers can also send an item back to us at anytime for repairs, we charge as minimal repair cost subject to the repair desired. We provide this service to keep your Billy Bostons in the best condition so you can continue to enjoy them for many years.

Return shipping for all repairs is payable by the customer. Billy Boston Eyewear charge a one-time return shipping and processing fee of $25 for all product warranty claims. Any claims due to a manufacturers faults, will be reimbursed and replaced at no cost to the customer.   

* If your item is out of stock and we cannot repair it for you, we will provide you with a style of your choice, to the same value. You can also upgrade to a different style for the difference in cost.

Optional Lens Replacement 

Our 'lens switch' option is available to use at anytime during the warranty period. The 'lens switch' gives customers the option to switch out the 'old for new' lenses at anytime, for a small replacement fee. Customers must have purchased their Billy Boston Eyewear online directly at, and have a valid order number. To claim the offer, you can request a lens switch at anytime for the price of the lens chosen (TAC polarised or CR39/G15) and is subject to a quote at the time of the request. An additional once-off fee of $45 including postage and processing is payable for a lens switch. 

To get a quote for a lens switch, please submit your request via the contact us page and include your product name and order number for quick processing.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds on sunglass products; we will happily exchange for any other style available under the terms of our satisfaction guarantee. 

Postage Costs

Shipping is non-refundable and returns are at the cost of the purchaser.

Please return your item to us at the address provided on your delivery slip with your order number included.

Faults or damage policy

a) If your product is damaged or you have received the incorrect item, we will will send you a replacement item within 14 days of notification, at no additional cost to you.

b) We will provide any customer with a replacement with no cost to you, where your item is:

  • faulty
  • not as described

Postage and Packaging

Express Post orders are dispatched if received before 12 noon on the same day. Regular post orders will be processed within 24 hours.

If you have pre ordered a product, your product will be delivered at the time specified on your pre-order invoice. offer a single flat postage and packaging fee for all orders.

We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit. However, we cannot control all logistical touch points if your order is in anyway damaged during the transit, please contact us.

Express Post 

Please note the Express Post delivery network next day delivery guarantee applies to the suburbs noted at the link below.

UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Australia post cannot guarantee any delivery timelines. If your product is not received within 12 days, please get in touch with us via the Customer Contact form quoting your order number.

We will work with you and Australia Post to track your item if it goes missing, however Billy Boston Eyewear™ hold not responsibility for shipping delays, missing parcels or damaged items. use Australia Post network suppliers and once sent, tracking updates will be sent to you via the registered email address. If you require a signature on delivery, please select that option at checkout.
